Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.
I am the Senior Director for the Foundation. I design and implement new projects and initiatives as well as creating content to enhance the Foundation’s brand. I get to channel my youth by working closely with the Bunnelle Youth Board as their advisor. I am fortunate that my work allows me to work closely with our grantees and the community as well as internally with Team Bunnelle.

I am actively involved in my sorority- Mu Phi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. I’m also active in my church’s Music ministry. I volunteer at my alma mater (Waccamaw High School) on the School Improvement Council and McDonald Elementary’s PTO. I’m also privileged to be a member of The Village Group Board of Directors, Coastal Montessori Charter School’s Board and the HGTC Foundation Board. I love working with young people and watching them grow as young leaders.

Tell us something you wish people knew about you:
Music and baking are my therapy. I began playing the piano at the age of 2 and it’s a therapeutic escape that I thoroughly enjoy. I find great joy in singing even more.
I’ve always enjoyed cooking and since I’ve ventured into baking, I look forward to trying a new recipe every chance I get.
